The remuneration laid out in the employment contracts of Hirschmann Car Communication is based on the collective bargaining agreement for the metal and electrical industry in Germany's Nordwürttemberg/Nordbaden region. Remuneration is individually structured on the basis of the task performed as well as the qualifications and experience of the particular employee. What's more, performance-based pay components guarantee fair remuneration that is attractive compared with that of competitors.

Company pension

Hirschmann Car Communication offers attractive benefits for retirement as well. These include the company pension scheme from the Hirschmann Car Communication pension fund including deferred compensation based on gross income and pension contributions.

Anniversary bonuses

Anniversaries marking 10, 25 and 40 years of service are not uncommon at Hirschmann Car Communication. One way in which we express our appreciation of long-standing commitment is by paying comprehensive anniversary bonuses, which employees receive depending on how long they have been employed at the company.

Company suggestion scheme

We call on all employees to contribute their ideas and suggestions for continuously improving the economic efficiency and competitiveness of Hirschmann Car Communication. A bonus is paid as a reward for each idea implemented.
